EZ Pace measures the pace of every table-games dealer - rounds and hands per hour, each step of the round, shuffles and pauses - and compares it with your own casino's benchmarks. Try both sides below with a sample property, Demo Casino. Nothing to install, and no account needed to try it.
Record a test on the floor app
The floor app runs on any phone or tablet. An observer stands at the table and taps one big button at each moment of the round - EZ Pace does the timing. Try it in the phone:
- Tap Start the demo, then find a dealer: type a payroll number such as EMP001 to EMP026, or a last name such as Chen, Alvarez or Okafor (a letter or two is enough), and tap Find Dealer.
- Choose Blackjack (the full, multi-step version), fill in the table details and start the test. Roulette EZ and Baccarat EZ are there too, if you want to try a quicker EZ version.
- Time a few rounds: pick the number of spots, then tap Begin Round, Cards Out, Players Have Acted and Round Over as the round happens. Shuffles and color changes have their own buttons.
- Do at least 5 rounds, then tap End Session, End Test and Save & Finish.
- The results appear straight away: rounds and hands per hour, every step against the benchmark, and the dealer's efficiency score (DEM).
Tip: the survey questions that pop up during a test are the casino's own (game protection, guest service) - answer or skip them.

- Open the dashboard and tap Open the dashboard. You are Alex, the casino's EZ Pace admin.
- Go to Reports. Your test is at the top of the session list, next to ten weeks of sample tests - open it for the full report and a round-by-round breakdown.
- Pick the dealer in Dealer History to see their trend over time, their DEM ranking among all dealers, and a printable PDF review.
- Look at Benchmarks: the casino's own targets for every step, frozen from a Benchmark Period of its own dealers.
Tests you record on the floor app show up in the dashboard right away (same browser). The dashboard is best on a computer or tablet.

Quick and simple
Fewer taps per round - just the start and the end of the round, plus the few details that matter (spots or players, level of action). Ideal for regular, everyday testing of the whole floor. In the demo: Roulette EZ and Baccarat EZ.
Multi-step, for in-depth dives
Every stage of the round timed on its own - for Blackjack: cards out, players acting, paying and picking up - with bet complexity and pay outcome recorded each round. Shows exactly where a dealer gains or loses time; ideal for coaching and new-hire follow-ups. In the demo: Blackjack.
Blackjack, Roulette and Baccarat each come in both versions, and new games (Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'em and others) are built from templates in a short, a standard or a detailed length. Both versions of a game share the same hands-per-hour benchmarks, so their results compare directly.
